It really bothers me when people say "My agent pushed me into buying this house" or otherwise directing a transaction. I believe my clients know best what fits their needs, lifestyle, and comfort. My clients are in charge, and they know it !
What I offer

First, I will help you do the research in the comfort of your present home, then together we will explore those options that appeal to you, and finally, I will handle the paperwork and negotiations to make the deal happen. I offer the necessary knowledge, the patience to work hard, the tenacity to master the details, and the desire to make this your most pleasant real estate transaction you have experienced.
Where I WORK
Although my focus is on the South Orange County (CA) communities known as the Saddleback Valley, I have assisted people in buying, and selling, properties throughout Southern California. I have completed transactions in Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties, from Palm Springs on the East, to coastal properties on the west.

I am a husband (41 years), father (of 4),
grandfather (of 12), and community member. I am also a small
software business owner ( 30+ years ), active in my church, a supporter
of outstanding education, a veteran, and a technology fan.
Does Tim Know SoCal ?
I've lived in Southern California since 1951 ! I've watched the growth, and know the amazing opportunities available. I have lived in the Saddleback Valley since 1973, and served the community through the schools, churches, homeowner boards, and volunteer activities. A diverse group of people live in our communities, and contribute to them being active, safe, and beautiful.
